Dining

Eat in, eat out, or order in. Plenty of nice restaurants and carryout places within minutes of the house. Delivery is readily available also. If you prefer to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, induction cook top, convection oven, microwave, and garbage disposal. Regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig (just bring your coffee and k cups). Plenty of cookware. Dishes, glasses, and silverware stocked for 8 people.

Shopping

Kent Island has wonderful and plentiful well-priced thrift and consignments shops. It has grocery stores along with wine and beer stores. Target and the Dollar store are two miles away and have craft supplies. The Queenstown Premium Outlets are 10 minutes away. If you want to cross the bridge, Annapolis is 15 minutes away with anything else that you might need.

Entertainment

With bars, restaurants, winery, brewery, parks and beaches minutes away on Kent Island, there is plenty to do if you want to take a break from crafting or just get a little exercise. The house is in a great neighborhood for biking or walking. The house has 3 bikes to use. It also has a ping-pong table, cornhole, puzzles, games and books. Since our house is on the water with a dock, the views from the dock are beautiful and relaxing. If you prefer to rent bikes, kayaks or canoes, that is available locally as well.

Parking

The driveway can easily accommodate 8 cars. You may enter thru the garage and roll your scrapbooking supplies to the scrapbook room which is located on the lower level. Unloading and loading your car has never been easier or more convenient.
